About

Heartwood Building Company Limited was set up in 2005 by owner/operator Geoff Higgins. Since its inception, the company has been involved in a variety of successful building projects from the stunning new build project at 188 Scenic Drive, Titirangi to the sympathetic yet up to date refurbishment at Liverpool Street. The team at Heartwood has experience replica watches of both commercial and residential building projects and operates on a policy of no job is too big or for that matter too small!

Originally from the UK, Geoff Higgins is a qualified builder and carpenter, gaining the Advanced City & Guilds in Carpentry, Higher Certificate in Building Studies as well as other building qualifications. He has also worked on refurbishment projects at the Houses of Parliament and the Tower of London as well as shop fit outs in Harrods and Selfridges and numerous projects on residential homes.

In 2002 he made the decision to relocate to New Zealand. During his first 3 years, whilst based in Auckland, Geoff worked with various building companies in order to gain experience and knowledge of the New Zealand building industry, its requirements and best working practices.

"Geoff is an excellent builder and is superb at organising great trades people to handle any other work that needs doing. Geoff keeps clients fully informed and is always punctual. It has been our great pleasure to both buy the house Geoff built and to experience his wonderful service". - Client from 188 Scenic Dr, Titirangi
